THE BUILD

SUSPENSION

We have developed an exclusive front suspension system that is mounted to the chassis via factory bolt provisions, then supported by the tube structure integrated into the factory tub.  This enables consistent placement as well as replacement for those looking to go racing and possibly damaging components.

These towers are fabricated from 4130 chromoly plate then heat treated to increase strength and durability in the most extreme conditions.  Our spindles and upper a-arms are machined from billet 7075 aircraft aluminum along with box plate heat treated 4130 chromoly lower a-arms.   This set up yields the strongest and lightest parts possible giving the vehicle 12” of travel via 2.5” 3-way adjustable coil over shocks.

The rear is a buggy style chromoly box plate and tube trailing arm that utilizes the factory pick up points to maintain the handling characteristics Porsche 911 engineers intended with a whopping 13.5” of wheel travel provided by 3.0” 3 way adjustable coil overs to handle the roughest of off road terrain.  This set up is kept stable by a tunable NASCAR style rear sway bar that keeps the car very planted and level during cornering.   Aside from giving the car a 14” wider track width for cornering we spread the wheel base out 3” creating a more forward center of gravity and much improved stability in the whooped out sections known to eat up short wheelbase vehicles.

THE ENGINE

Although we can accommodate any request for motor builds, we do have our recommended spec.    We exclusively use Rothsport Racing for our power plants as well as our engine components and have developed an amazing torque oriented unit for these builds.  We take the factory 3.6L and punch it out to 3.8L with all custom internals, throttle bodies and manifold controlled by a Motec ECU.  This makes for a very efficient, reliable, long lasting engine that yields over 365hp with 310ft lbs of torque.  By removing nearly 400lb’s from the factory car and adding 100hp we have made an extremely punchy and responsive machine on and off road.

THE BODY

A great deal of pride and respect was used in creating and designing our exclusive body parts.  It was very important to try and maintain the DNA that Porsche 911’s are synonymous for.  The curves, arches and lines are the most iconic designs of all cars past and present and it was imperative to create something that might resemble what would have came out of the Porsche race factory had they continued their efforts in off road racing into the 90’s with the 964.

From the wide body fenders, moulded rally style hood, to the lightweight doors and hard top, every panel is custom formed from composite materials to provide the lightest most durable parts possible.  Individual parts are made for replacing upon damage and destruction with out needing to send the car back for repairs. By replacing all the factory steel body parts and panels we were able to remove 400+ Lb’s from the vehicle bringing the weight down from 3200lbs to 2800lb in full luxury spec.

THE INTERIOR

From bare bones race car to full luxury the interior is a blank canvas.  Either spec we use a Motec digital display to help monitor any and all components as well as log data for any troubleshooting and fine tuning.  We also use Motec control panels which are programable and easy to use.  All these electrical components are fed by a Motec Power Distribution Module with a mill spec custom wire harness.  There are several options from Heat to Air conditioning to navigation and stereo. Again all tailored to each individuals needs.

Inside is a chromoly race spec roll cage.  You will find the door bars pushed out for side impact protection as well as elbow room making the rather small 911 cockpit feel a bit more roomy.  Behind the folding Sparco SPX carbon seats in the rear seat area is a locking storage box for spare parts, tools or anything needed to be kept contained.

The entire inner sheetmetal surfaces are welded up and sealed from the front fuel supply and rear engine bay.  It is then sprayed with a layer of sound deadening and ceramic coating to insulate the cabin from noise and heat.  Your choice of carpet and leather finishes off the cabin.
